For instance, nurses proposing change should have explicit timelines to ensure efficient use of resources. A project timeline illustrates when a particular activity would be accomplished. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate a graphic timeline for the project’s (nursing shortage) development.
Stakeholders’ Roles and Responsibilities
As illustrated in the graphic timeline, the problem to address in twelve weeks is nursing shortage. It is a prevalent problem in many settings and is associated with adverse outcomes such as medication errors, exhaustion, and nurse turnover (Dewanto & Wardhani, 2018; Salar et al., 2020).
